Sounds of Summer

Ahhh....the sounds of summer. That sweet lullaby sound you hear coming down the street telling all of the neighborhood children to come running out of their houses and backyards to grab their favorite ice cream treat.

Um....I think not....

*Yes, this is an actual photo I took. And yes, this is an ACTUAL ice cream truck.

  4. The last time I ran up to one as a kid, the window was shot out of it (right next to my head) by my neighbor, Kent! I'll admit that I do like that sound... but they are a little bit creepy (esp. that one!).

10 Minutes to a room you'll love

I'm wondering what my husband will think when he asks me "What did you do today?" and my answer won't involve shopping! Wait, I take that back, it DID involve shopping....shopping from my house (Nester Style)! The Nesting Place has been having a series on how to re-vamp rooms in your house in just 10 minutes. Lately...

Hans is 4 months old today! I haven't yet taken his "official" 4 month photo's but I still wanted to share a couple of pictures I took this week. Hans loves to sit in his high chair now. He likes to play with some toys on there but mainly he just loves to gnaw on the table... Hans can now roll over from tummy to back and from back to tummy. He does it ALL of the time. Here he is after rolling onto his tummy. Such a cutie! I will be sure to post his 4 month pictures soon, along with his 4 month "update".
