Rolling Over

I have the counting song "Roll Over" in my head. Wanna know why? My baby boy just rolled over today for the first time!!! I was able to catch it the third time around on video camera. Check it out!!!

Thoughts on Earth Day

Today, people are often thinking about Earth and ways that we can protect it, clean it, and preserve it. While these are great and noble thoughts, it's also important to look to the Bible to see what the Word has to say on the subject. God did call us to be stewards on this world that he created but Hebrews 1:10-12 remind us that this earth will "become old like a garment" but that God's throne will last forever and ever. How encouraging!! Let's celebrate this verse today, Earth Day!! 100% Organic Baby Happy Earth Day! And You, Lord, In the beginning laid the foundation of the earth And the heavens are the works of Your hands; They will perish, but You remain; And they all will become old like a garment And like a mantel You will roll them up; Like a garment they will also be changed, But You are the same, And Your years will not come to an end. Hebrews 1:10-12

3 months

Yesterday, our little guy turned 3 months! This month, he loves to coo to everyone (as well as himself in the mirror), smile, kick his legs, sit in his bumbo, lift his head during "tummy time", grab toys on the play gym and car seat, and he loves to look at his hands! It is such a pleasure to be with him everyday. Mom and Dad are definitely smitten with this little guy. Here is Hans lifting his head and "singing"... Hans loves to sit in his "Bumbo" seat. This is his 3 month picture...

Our Family Easter

Here are some photo's we snapped in our backyard after church. It sure was a beautiful day to celebrate our Lord's resurrection!!! We also had such a great day spending time our family!

Spring Weather

It was so beautiful outside yesterday and we're expecting the same for today. It was a PERFECT evening for our anniversary. We went to Stillwater and had dinner at Lunarossa. Part of the restaurant is built into the caves there in Stillwater. It held a special meaning to us because we ate there the day after our wedding, the day before we left for our honeymoon. We decided to head back there and relive the memories! While we were out celebrating, Hans got to go on a walk with his special cuzzies, lucy and ellen ! {Thanks for taking care of our little guy!} Early yesterday morning, I couldn't resist taking these photo's of Hans..... Our dear friends, Courtney and Chad, gave Hans this adorable outfit for the spring and I was so excited to put him in it yesterday. It has cute little shorts so I was able to look at and touch his feet all day. Gone are the days he has to be bundled up in layer upon layer (at least for a little while I hope). He was kicking so much, but I
